Damaged or missing items must be reported within 15 days of receipt.

Returns are ONLY accepted with prior approval.

No returns are accepted after 30 days of invoice date.

No credit or exchanges are issued on damaged items or items not received unless Costello International is notified within 30 days of invoice.
